Had a great experience with other PODS centers but this one is particularly bad. I would recommend not using PODS if you need to go through the Marlboro center for delivery or pickup. They placed my full POD on a steep angle and I couldn't get my door open. I didn't think this would be a big issue because I talked to customer service who assured me the local company would come back and fix it. But they didn't return as scheduled and I ended having to hire a tow company to help get the door open. Now I was scheduled for final pickup and they did not show up. Overall, I've lost many hours waiting on hold at PODS and several days of work waiting for this to be resolved. DO NOT GET A PODS CONTAINER IN THE HUDSON VALLEY.
SCAM ALERT! Took my credit card info, never delivered the pod! Tried calling and calling. No luck. Voicemail loop. Bad 800 number, too!
